The first concert of the first Cabin Fever Concert Series in the Potsdam Museum. Rob Morrison, SUNY Potsdam graduate, and Tomek Regulsk will perform Indian classical music with their tablas and sitar. Join us for an afternoon of music many have never seen before!
Tomek Regulski, DMA, is a composer, sitarist, and meditation teacher. A senior student of Acharya Roop Verma, he teaches sitar at Ananda Ashram. He has performed on stage with many leading Kirtan artists, and regularly plays for yoga and meditation classes. Tomek’s compositions have been performed throughout the United States, and in Europe and Mexico.
Rob Morrison has been playing percussion in a wide variety of musical settings for nearly twenty years. He’s had the privilege of studying with many great teachers, honing his skills on tabla, cajon, udu and other percussion instruments. On tabla he began lessons with Anand Gadre and went on to study with Devesh Chandra, who he has been learning from for the past eight years. As a performer he enjoys playing diverse styles ranging from Indian Classical to Rock.
